In our discovery session we assess where things exist currently with a leader looking at their values, their place in the organization, where most of their time and energy gets spent, their biggest obstacles that keep them stuck, and their overall influence on those they lead. We help them find clarity around what they’d like to accomplish. Then, together, we’ll develop and implement a practical plan along with accountability to help them become the ideal leader they’d like to become.
Who they want to become as people. Sometimes leading an organization or department in a positive direction can have a negative affect on a leader’s personal life. On the way to more organizational success, a leader can start to become someone they never intended to be. The #1 salesperson can be the most disliked person in the office. These coaching sessions are all about relationships, communication effectiveness, interpersonal skills, and the art of dealing with a variety of people from different backgrounds.
